Challenge
Create customer value using computer vision. Train face detection, alerts false positive reduction on a state of the art secure data set.
Solution
Multiple data scientists have combined multiple neural networks and trained multiple features on a training data. The infrastructure, access, coordination and reporting was done by me.
I worked with multiple data scientists, annotators and management to provide progress reporting, experiment management and productisation of the POC.
The end result was a cloud camera from a trusted brand with good privacy track record on par with low-cost offerings and competitively priced.
